I would comment more if...

Believe me! I llloooovvveee getting comments and I so love commenting! I really do like to give feedback....especially when awesome teachers out there share so many wonderful things that I use!! I want to say thank you and show my appreciation.

BUT - I seriously get annoyed with proving that I am not a robot. ok, maybe I am being whiny, but am I the only one that gets annoyed with that?

I turned that setting off on my blog. i just think it makes it easier for people to leave comments. I haven't gotten any crazy comments ...at least not yet...so what do ya say??? wanna join me??!!

If you use blogger just go to your dashboard
click on comments
you will see
Show word verification for comments?
click
No
This will eliminate requiring people leaving comments on your blog to complete a word verification step,

It does say it will reduce spam in you leave it on...but until I get spam...I think I will leave it off. :)

  1. LOL Katie, my thoughts exactly! It does take so much extra time and sometimes, many times, I don't put the letters in the correct way the first time so I have to redo!

I turned mine off as well!

  2. Me too!!! It's frustrating....especially when I get one of the words wrong and have to type it again! I have always had it off on my blog and still haven't gotten any spam. Plus if I do, I can always delete the comment!

Thanks for turning yours off too!

  6. Just hope that someone doesn't send a bot after me!!! I know what they can do...but as of right now I am taking my chances because they are so annoying!!!

  7. Hi Katie:
I turned mine off too. I've gotten some interesting spam, but Blogger put it in the "spam box" and life went on. Sometimes it took me longer to figure out the mystery letters than it did to leave a comment!

Thanks for making this comment easier to post.
