docstoc charges?

I have been trying to download things form docstoc but now it wants me to become to a member....is that new? i never had trouble before.

    Check Chalk Talk for a suggestion that may help. I'm not sure what's going on...but lots of people have been having problems trying to download.

    I have been having trouble with doc stoc for a few days, so now I just upload to scribd or google docs.
