I got these cute bags form the dollar isle at Target! I figured I could make a ton of word sort centers to go along with it for the week of Valentines Day. Below you can download a short and long vowel sort. I also included recorded sheets. Hope you like it!

I'm homeschooling my K/first grade daughter and love your cupcake sort. I'm a former first grade teacher am enjoying your blog. "Contraction Cupcakes" is another idea I found. Looks like I'm going to have some sweet days ahead!...Just happened to snatch one of those bags at Target for her Valentine's present too.
